Softland HCM Payroll was used to instrument end-to-end payroll cycles and to streamline routine payroll data entry and recordkeeping, reducing manual batch input and administrative friction in payroll runs. Governance and operational scope focused on HR and payroll teams within the Costa Rica site, with phased adoption of payroll routines and employee data administration to standardize processes. According to the vendor case testimonial on Softland’s Costa Rica site payroll data entry that previously took about a day was reduced to about 15 minutes, demonstrating a material reduction in administrative time for payroll operations.
