In 2017, AVDtrade implemented ABM Inventory Management, an Inventory Management System to centralize inventory and orders management across its distribution network in Ukraine. The deployment targeted the company’s role as a national distribution center supplying more than 1500 wholesale points plus a company-owned retail store for commercial vehicle spare parts.
The implementation focused on inventory and orders management modules within ABM Inventory Management, with configuration for SKU level stock tracking, multi-location stock records, replenishment rules, and turnover monitoring. These functional capabilities were aligned to standard Inventory Management System workflows, enabling automated order capture, stock allocation for wholesale and retail channels, and visibility into slow and fast moving items.
ABM Inventory Management supported AVDtrade inventory and order management business functions across warehouse operations, wholesale fulfillment, and retail replenishment. The system was operational across the distribution center and the company retail outlet, providing a unified inventory ledger to coordinate supply to wholesale points and the retail store.
Governance changes consolidated stock management processes and standardized order handling workflows to reduce stock imbalances and improve replenishment discipline. The ABM Inventory Management system enabled AVDtrade to decrease over-stock by up to 46 percent and missed sales by up to 25 percent, while also improving inventory turnover.

Governance measures implemented include opt-in management and scheduled campaign approval processes to align email sends with internal review workflows and local compliance expectations. The Unisender Email Marketing deployment is positioned as a lightweight, centralized email automation layer for AVDtrade’s distribution and customer communication functions.
