| Divalto | Legacy | Divalto ERP | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2011 | 2011 | In 2011, AVIA France implemented Divalto ERP as part of a program to centralize management and application publication across the Picoty group. Divalto ERP was deployed as an ERP Financial application to anchor the group’s core financial and management workflows. The implementation emphasized configuration of core financial modules, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and management reporting consistent with an ERP Financial deployment. Divalto ERP was one of two management solutions consolidated in the program, with configuration work focused on providing centralized application publishing and device access for business users. The program included a change of virtualization and application publishing architecture, centralizing published management solutions and ancillary applications such as email onto a single publishing platform operated by Gamac, the group’s inhouse IT company. Integration work centered on publishing Divalto ERP alongside email and other management applications so that end user devices accessed applications from the centralized infrastructure. Operational governance was restructured so that Gamac is responsible for the proper functioning and ongoing development of the information system for Picoty and its subsidiaries, and for day to day administration of the centralized publishing environment. The project was initiated because the existing virtualization solution no longer met the group’s requirements, it was described as too expensive and required daily attention to remain fully operational. |
