Microsoft Legacy Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP Financial ERP Financial Management Columbus 2014 2014
In 2014, AVK implemented Microsoft Dynamics NAV as its ERP Financial platform. Columbus led the implementation and delivered Business Integration Solutions for Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Replication Management for Microsoft Dynamics NAV to provide enterprise data replication and integration services across the manufacturing environment. The Microsoft Dynamics NAV deployment focused on core financial management capabilities consistent with the ERP Financial category, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable workflows, fixed asset tracking, and financial reporting and consolidation functionality. Configuration emphasized financial controls and transactional integrity while the Business Integration Solutions for Microsoft Dynamics NAV component enabled systematic exchange of transactional data with operational systems. Replication Management for Microsoft Dynamics NAV was used to orchestrate data synchronization across AVK operational sites and legal entities, supporting consistent master data and transactional replication for inventory valuation and procurement related records. The implementation impacted finance, procurement and operations teams and established integration points between Microsoft Dynamics NAV and shop floor and supply chain processes through the delivered integration tooling. Columbus established implementation governance, including configuration change control, data governance for shared master records, and staged cutover and stabilization activities to support adoption. Post implementation support and operational ownership were documented with an emphasis on monitoring replication flows and maintaining financial data consistency within the Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP Financial environment.

Infor Legacy Infor M3 Manufacturing ERP ERP Services and Operations n/a 2012 2012
In 2012 AVK implemented Infor M3 to establish a consolidated Manufacturing ERP backbone for its manufacturing and product data operations. The Infor M3 deployment was positioned to centralize core manufacturing, inventory control, procurement and financial master data while supporting product master management for downstream commercial use. Configuration work focused on standard Manufacturing ERP capabilities, including production planning and inventory management, procurement workflows, cost and financial posting interfaces, and a centralized product master data model. The implementation emphasized structured product attributes and pricing records to enable automated generation of technical data sheets and price lists, aligning transactional ERP records with content production flows. Infor M3 was integrated into AVK’s existing content and customer engagement ecosystem, interfacing with CRM systems first provided by Hesehus and later Sitecore for generation of technical data sheets, price lists and website updates. Product and pricing data streams continued to ingest historical datasets maintained in Navision and earlier Mapics for reuse in content outputs, while marketing and catalog teams relied on Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat plus Microsoft Office for final asset production. Governance and operational rollout created centralized product data stewardship and defined handoffs between manufacturing, commercial and marketing teams. Super user roles in content tools were identified to manage layout and publishing workflows, and data import procedures were formalized to ensure consistent product information between Infor M3 and the CRM and web content systems.
