In 2006 Awa Poland implemented Asseco Wapro Analysis using the Wapro Analizy Apps Category. The deployment extended across Wapro ERP modules for sales, mobile, finance and payroll and was executed with implementation partner Elmark24.
Asseco Wapro Analysis was configured to centralize financial and inventory reporting by consuming transactional feeds from the Wapro ERP sales, mobile operations, payroll and general ledger modules. Functional configuration focused on analytical reports, period close reporting workflows and inventory valuation views to support finance and operations teams.
Operational coverage targeted Awa Poland retail operations in Poland, with primary business functions impacted including finance, inventory management and sales operations. Elmark24 managed a phased rollout and aligned report definitions and access controls to existing accounting and stock control processes to ensure consistency in operational reporting.
Use of Asseco Wapro Analysis and Wapro Analizy significantly increased reporting and analytical capabilities across finance and inventory and improved reporting speed and operational control, according to the implementation notes.
