The scope emphasized shared HR governance, consolidated employee records, and standardized process templates to support HR service operations across business functions that include HR administration, payroll coordination, and talent management.
Governance changes included establishment of centralized HR data stewardship, configuration of approval gates and audit logging within Ramco HCM, and rollout sequencing that prioritized core personnel administration before broader talent workflows. Documentation and process standardization were used to institutionalize HR operational controls and to support ongoing HR service delivery by Ayala Group and HCX teams.
