In 2018, Azizi Developments implemented ePMS Property Management to standardize property operations and embed a Real Estate Property Management platform into its application estate. The deployment was positioned as part of a coordinated multivendor program that included ePMS ERP, Salesforce CRM, OnBase ECM, Oracle HCM, and Power BI configuration and integration to ERP to support a seamless customer lifecycle and go paperless initiative.
The ePMS Property Management implementation focused on core property management capabilities including lease administration, tenant billing and receivables, maintenance and work order management, asset registers, and contract administration. Configuration work included financial transaction interfaces typical of an ERP connected property management solution and data model alignment to support centralized tenancy and billing processes.
Integrations were explicit and material to the design, Salesforce CRM was connected to extend customer lifecycle and sales workflows, OnBase ECM was used for document capture and to enable paperless recordkeeping, Oracle HCM provided HR and workforce data feeds, and Power BI was configured and integrated to the ERP layer for consolidated reporting and analytics. Data security and secure integration patterns were prioritized as part of the integration scope to protect customer and financial data.
Governance and rollout were managed as program level activities, with staged rollouts and change control to align business process changes across property operations, leasing, finance, customer service, and HR functions. Each project within the program carried budgets above $150K and the initiative explicitly targeted creating a seamless customer lifecycle, improving data security, and achieving paperless operations.
