The project was executed with AwaLabs serving as the system integrator, with a phased rollout oriented to merchandising and online sales users and an operational handover to Backscatter staff. Governance practices focused on product data stewardship and order workflow ownership to align front-office online selling with back-office order processing and customer service functions.
