Governance changes focused on centralizing employee master data and standardizing review and leave approval workflows to reduce manual reconciliation across sites. Outcomes explicitly stated included simplified HR tasks, a unified employee database, and improved transparency and engagement, with attendance tracking automated via biometric integration.
