Scheduling workflows were standardized to reduce manual spreadsheet reconciliation and speed rostering by store managers. Operational use covered all cafés across the UK and Ireland, with area managers and store managers using the Timestation App for employee clock-in and the Bizimply dashboard for monitoring staffing levels in real time. The implementation placed workforce data into a single operational view accessible to finance and payroll for weekly validation of hours, and to operations for frontline staffing adjustments. Governance and rollout emphasized centralized control of labour expense and simple adoption across the 41 location estate, with area managers and employees reporting ease of use. The implementation delivered live visibility of who was working at any time and enabled proactive staff management, outcomes that the company cited as yielding real savings according to CFO Dermot McMahon.
