In 2024 BalduSale deployed LupaSearch Platform on its public website. The deployment places LupaSearch Platform at the center of BalduSale's eCommerce tooling to deliver site search and product discovery capabilities.
Configuration emphasized core LupaSearch Platform modules including search indexing, relevance tuning, autocomplete, faceted navigation, and merchandising rule engines. The implementation mapped the product catalog feed into the search index, applied attribute taxonomy and faceting, and configured query pipelines to support category-specific merchandising.
Integration was implemented directly into the website front-end, with catalog synchronization handled via scheduled feeds or API-driven indexing to keep the search index aligned with storefront inventory. Operational ownership resides with the small eCommerce team responsible for merchandising and marketing, and governance followed a phased rollout with iterative relevance tuning across product categories.
