Banqsoft Legacy Banqsoft Digital Banking Digital Banking ERP Services and Operations NETS 2014 2015
In 2014 Bank Norwegian implemented Banqsoft Digital Banking as its Digital Banking platform, contracting Banqsoft to deliver the user interface, account functionality and financial authorisation for the bank’s card, loan and savings solutions in Norway. The engagement positioned Banqsoft Digital Banking to serve the bank’s retail banking digital channels and card administration functions. Banqsoft Digital Banking was configured to provide a digital banking front-end and account management capabilities, with explicit module usage for card administration, loan account servicing and savings product support. Functional responsibilities cited include the customer-facing user interface, account functionality and transaction authorisation flows consistent with Digital Banking operations. Integration and operational coverage were structured around a partnership model, Nets serving as the payment and operations partner under a named five-year agreement with Bank Norwegian, and Banqsoft providing the digital banking front-end and financial authorisation integration with Nets. The solution scope covered Norway and focused on retail finance channels, linking Banqsoft Digital Banking to payment processing and operational services delivered by Nets. Governance and rollout were executed through a contracted program between Bank Norwegian, Banqsoft and Nets, aligning commercial and operational responsibilities between the digital banking vendor and the payment/operations partner. The narrative centers on modular deployment of Banqsoft Digital Banking to support card, loan and savings business functions within Bank Norwegian’s retail digital channels.
