CSI Legacy CSI Meridian.NET Core Banking ERP Services and Operations n/a 2015 2015
In 2015 Bank of Commerce implemented CSI Meridian.NET as its Core Banking system. The deployment spanned six branches across Oklahoma, with the bank IT coordinator overseeing conversion of newly acquired branches to CSI Meridian.NET and managing branch level support and rollout activities. CSI Meridian.NET was configured to support core banking functions including customer master management, deposit processing, teller workflows, transaction posting and general ledger interfaces, reflecting standard Core Banking capabilities. Configuration tasks included user account provisioning, workstation builds and mobile device setup to align branch operations with the core system, and bank staff attended vendor trainings from CSI Meridian and Sheshunoff Consulting. The implementation integrated explicitly named adjacent systems, including rollout assistance for the CoPilot loan software and an upgrade of the document imaging system Bank Manager Elite, plus operational email infrastructure on Exchange 2010 and Exchange 2016 for mailboxes distribution lists and public folders. Hardware and communications upgrades accompanied the core implementation, including a printer program with Standley Systems across all six branches and a Vertical Wave telephone system upgrade, supported by remote support software and on site interventions. Governance and operational controls were formalized through IT Committee and Operations Committee oversight, with the IT coordinator serving as Secretary, and detailed documentation maintained to satisfy FDIC and FFIEC examination requirements, including coordination with state examiners. Asset inventory management for desktops, printers, servers and switches and vendor engagement for equipment procurement were operationalized as part of the core rollout.
