Governance and organizational change accompanied the technical deployment, including creation of a Leadership Development Institute, advisement to the CEO on workforce issues, and formation of a Board Workforce Development Committee to align governance with updated HR processes. The hospital reported cost saving measures totaling $3.2M which informed prioritization during selection and implementation, and Workday HCM remained in process as Bay Area Hospital integrated HR technologies and operationalized new HRBP workflows.
