Operational coverage centered on the finance function, with the finance team providing first hand user feedback to the Finance Manager to refine processes and data quality. Governance activities documented during the Jan 2016 to Feb 2016 migration window included vendor data validation, source document handling procedures and GL reconciliation checkpoints.
