The ClayHR Leave Management deployment configured explicit Leave and Time-off features alongside capacity planning and performance management capabilities, using standard absence workflows such as leave requests, approval routing and balance tracking to support operational planning. Configuration focused on role-based approvals, leave accrual and entitlement policies, and reporting for HR measurement, aligning functional modules with Bayport Ghana’s HR processes. Governance was centralized within the HR function, with standardized workflows for leave approvals and capacity planning introduced during rollout across Ghana operations. Bayport reported reduced administrative load and improved HR measurement following the ClayHR Leave Management implementation, and the use of Leave and Time-off features was a documented part of the deployment.
