Operational integrations included data consolidation with existing HRIS footprints, specifically TimeClockPlus for timekeeping and Blue Skies for seasonal personnel records, while Datatech HCM served as the primary HR system of record. Payroll and HR workflows were orchestrated to feed accounting and compliance processes for tax remittance and wage garnishments without introducing additional named financial systems. The deployment covered HR, payroll, safety, and benefits functions across field operations and corporate administration.
Governance centered on centralizing HR ownership under the Human Resources and Payroll Director and standardizing supervisor training and safety meeting workflows.
