In 2023, Beckmann Germany implemented Haufe X360 Warenwirtschaft, deploying the application to centralize finance, order capture and Warenwirtschaft processes for its product-configurator business in Hövelhof, Germany. Haufe X360 Warenwirtschaft was provisioned as the core Inventory Management platform to unify order-to-invoice and stock control workflows across finance and sales operations.

Governance changes centered on centralized project and order control, tightened configuration governance and standardized invoice processing workflows. Reported outcomes from the deployment include a 90% reduction in open invoices, a zero-error configurator and substantially reduced accounting effort, demonstrating tangible process and control improvements after the Haufe Project Controlling implementation.
