The rollout integrated EFTPOS with store cash registers to unify payment processing and reduce manual reconciliation errors. Operational coverage includes retail transactions, pricing and promotions management, marketing broadcasts, and store-level employee communications across all six bakery locations. Governance has been organized through head office controls for campaign and price broadcasts and procedural oversight of item and staff message updates. Management reports that the CHSPOS technical support team provides ongoing operational support and peace of mind, and the EFTPOS integration has helped minimise transaction errors.
