Governance and process changes included formalizing assessment-based decision gates and updating interview guidelines to incorporate test results as a primary signal. Outcomes reported by BELAY included a 75 percent reduction in time required to assess candidates and a 50 percent reduction in time to hire, accompanied by stated improvements in identifying better qualified candidates and reductions in hiring mistakes and turnover.
