In 2023, Belenox Belgium implemented RGW Nizu CRM. RGW IT worked directly with Belenox on API development and to run NIZU as a central ERP/CRM platform to support product and order workflows and increase operational visibility. The engagement positioned RGW Nizu CRM as the primary application for managing product and order data for the ten person professional services firm.
The deployment blended ERP and CRM capabilities, using RGW Nizu CRM to handle product catalog management, order management workflows, customer relationship management, sales pipeline tracking, and operational reporting. RGW Nizu CRM was configured to orchestrate product and order lifecycles and to provide consolidated transactional and master data across sales and operations functions.
Architecturally the implementation centered on a single, centralized NIZU platform with bespoke API development by RGW IT to enable programmatic data exchange and workflow automation. The APIs were implemented to synchronize product master data and order statuses and to feed operational processes that span sales, order fulfillment, and invoicing workflows.
Governance and rollout emphasized centralizing process ownership for product and order workflows under RGW Nizu CRM, with RGW IT credited for configuration and implementation. The project explicitly increased operational visibility for Belenox Belgium while consolidating ERP and CRM functions into RGW Nizu CRM for use across sales and operations.
