Operational scope for the Axon deployment spans policy and claims administration, customer service and supporting IT operations, with direct impact on business operations for private and commercial product lines. Centralizing infrastructure with Keylane shifted operational ownership for hosting and routine support to the vendor, allowing Belfius to focus internal teams on product and customer-facing initiatives.
