In 2005 BelHard Group developed and deployed Kyriba Treasury as an enterprise web application, branded internally as the Kyriba Treasury Cockpit, to provide cash management services for large corporate accounts. Kyriba Treasury sits in the Treasury Management category and was implemented to centralize cash visibility and operational treasury workflows for the companys finance function.
The implementation configured standard Treasury Management capabilities including cash positioning and intraday liquidity monitoring, bank statement ingestion and reconciliation workflows, payment initiation and approval orchestration, and role based dashboarding for treasury analysts. The Kyriba Treasury Cockpit was delivered as a web based cockpit with configurable modules for treasury reporting and operational controls, and included workflow automation for approvals and exceptions management.
Operationally the application was scoped to support corporate treasury and finance teams responsible for large corporate accounts, providing centralized bank connectivity and interfaces for downstream financial systems. Integrations focused on automated bank data collection and generic ERP system interfaces to align cash balances and payments with accounting records, preserving transactional traceability across treasury and finance functions.
Governance was established around the Kyriba Treasury Cockpit through role based access controls, segregation of duties within payment and reconciliation workflows, and formalized approval chains to support operational treasury processes. The project emphasized instrumenting treasury workflows and centralizing cash management activities within a single web based Treasury Management solution.
