In 2018, Ben & Frank implemented Odoo Enterprise as their ERP Financial system. The deployment targeted core finance operations for the Mexico based retail organization of about 150 employees, centralizing financial transaction processing and record keeping under a single ERP Financial solution.
The implementation configured Odoo Enterprise financial modules, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, chart of accounts and financial reporting capabilities. Configuration work included period close workflows and fiscal calendar alignment appropriate for Mexican tax and reporting requirements, and setup of transaction posting and reconciliation processes consistent with ERP Financial best practices.
Operational coverage focused on finance, accounting and procurement functions supporting retail order to cash and procure to pay workflows across the company. The program emphasized integration of core financial workflows with retail operations to ensure consistent master data, transactional posting and reporting across sales and purchasing activities.
Project governance was led internally, defining project plans and timelines and managing workflow to achieve deadlines. The rollout followed a phased delivery model with configuration, validation and user acceptance testing followed by end user training and stabilization activities to embed new financial processes into day to day operations.
