Configuration emphasized alignment between maintenance workflows and accounting chargeback processes, and included GIS enabled asset mapping to support location based maintenance planning. Automation points focused on eliminating duplicate data entry between field work orders and financial records. Integrations linked Tyler Enterprise Asset Management to the county Enterprise ERP to synchronize asset financials and enable internal billing, and to county GIS systems for geospatial asset visualization. Operational coverage encompassed departments responsible for facilities, public works and asset maintenance across Benton County Oregon. Consolidated asset data provided shared visibility for maintenance crews, finance and budgeting teams.
