In 2020, Benton County United States selected Tyler Enterprise Asset Management to consolidate a standalone asset database and integrate asset and work order data with its Enterprise ERP for improved financial oversight and GIS enabled asset tracking in Oregon. Tyler Enterprise Asset Management, categorized as Enterprise Asset Management, went live in December 2020 and targeted county asset management, maintenance, budgeting and internal billing workflows across multiple county departments.
The implementation deployed core Enterprise Asset Management capabilities including a centralized asset register, work order management, maintenance tracking and financial posting to support budgeting and internal billing. Configuration emphasized alignment between maintenance workflows and accounting chargeback processes, and included GIS enabled asset mapping to support location based maintenance planning. Automation points focused on eliminating duplicate data entry between field work orders and financial records.
Integrations linked Tyler Enterprise Asset Management to the county Enterprise ERP to synchronize asset financials and enable internal billing, and to county GIS systems for geospatial asset visualization. Operational coverage encompassed departments responsible for facilities, public works and asset maintenance across Benton County Oregon. Consolidated asset data provided shared visibility for maintenance crews, finance and budgeting teams.
