Integrations linked Tyler Enterprise Asset Management to the county Enterprise ERP to synchronize asset financials and enable internal billing, and to county GIS systems for geospatial asset visualization. Operational coverage encompassed departments responsible for facilities, public works and asset maintenance across Benton County Oregon. Consolidated asset data provided shared visibility for maintenance crews, finance and budgeting teams. The county level rollout went live in December 2020 with a governance model that centralized asset data stewardship and aligned maintenance request to finance approval paths. Post go live outcomes reported in project documentation include reduced duplicate data entry and improved budgeting, maintenance tracking and internal billing.
