In 2018 Beon Energy Solutions implemented Pronto XI Maintenance Management to support field maintenance and materials tracking across its solar construction and operations activities. The deployment used Pronto XI Maintenance Management, a Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS), to centralize maintenance workflows for site mobile plant, vehicle maintenance and materials inventory across project sites in Australia including Jemalong, Bomen and Yatpool solar farms.
The implementation configured core CMMS capabilities, including an asset register and work order management for plant and equipment, preventive maintenance scheduling, mobile inspection checklists and inventory and parts management. Pronto XI Maintenance Management was used to register parts and components, record inspections performed by site teams, and manage time and resource allocations for maintenance tasks.
Operational processes were extended to capture materials processing and location tracking for large solar components, with explicit use of Pronto computer tracking systems to register delivered parts and panels. The program integrated CMMS workflows with site logistics practices, supplier monitoring for international freight, and accounts payable goods receipting processes by providing a single system of record for delivery checks, damage reporting and receipt confirmations.
Governance and rollout emphasized formalized materials processing and escalation points, with logistics and accounts payable personnel designated to resolve goods receipting issues and to manage procured materials storage and site receipting. Configuration prioritized traceability for solar panel locations and delivery coordination, aligning maintenance, logistics and finance workflows around the Pronto XI Maintenance Management instance.
