Configuration and permissioning were aligned to a 50 employee organizational model to simplify administrative access and operational workflows. The architecture was delivered as an embedded web deployment with Intouch Elevate hosted service serving the site widget and a separate administrative portal for operations staff. Operational ownership rests with guest services and box office teams, and rollout focused on front end website booking channels rather than broader back office system integrations. Governance emphasized booking policy, rate control and administrator role assignment to keep online reservations aligned with onsite operations.
