Governance changes concentrated on adapting store workflows for omnichannel pick and pack and on shifting order handling to associate-driven processes using mPOS and in-store WMS screens. The solution helped double Besson Chaussures digital revenue and produced a high share of online orders prepared in store, demonstrating a measurable shift in how the Point Of Sale and store operations supported online demand.
