In 2022 Best Farm implemented AptusShop as its customer-facing eCommerce platform. AptusShop is used to power the storefront on Best Farm's website and serves the retailer's online commerce operations in Poland for a 150 employee organization.
The implementation included standard eCommerce capabilities within AptusShop, configured to manage product catalog and taxonomy, storefront presentation and content management, shopping cart and checkout flows, customer account management, promotions and pricing rules, order management, and inventory visibility for online assortments. The AptusShop application was configured to support localized commerce requirements for Poland including catalog segmentation and storefront content management.
Operationally the AptusShop deployment centralizes online merchandising, order capture, and customer service workflows for Best Farm, with the application exercising control over product publishing and online order lifecycle. The scope of use emphasizes web storefront operations and internal ecommerce operations teams rather than enterprise integrations or external system orchestration.
Governance was structured around role based access for merchandising and customer support, phased catalog onboarding and content migration to the AptusShop storefront, and operational handoffs to ecommerce and customer service teams. Training and process alignment focused on day to day order processing and catalog management inside AptusShop to sustain the online retail channel.
