In 2022 Bethel Germany implemented Confience Titan LIMS as part of a multi-site deployment to address laboratory operations and compliance needs within its large nonprofit network, the rollout specifically targeted Laboratory Management capabilities alongside mobile documentation and roster workflows. The implementation was positioned to support adherence to the German Federal Participation Act Bundesteilhabegesetz BTHG, with the project scope defined across multiple care and clinical support sites in Germany.
Configuration work centered on Laboratory Management functional streams and adjacent mobile capture capabilities, the Confience Titan LIMS installation included electronic record capture and workflow orchestration typical of Laboratory Management systems and was extended to support mobile documentation workflows. The project also incorporated web-based duty roster interfaces to align staffing records with care delivery and compliance requirements, and system configuration emphasized role-based access and strengthened authentication controls.
CGM SOZIAL provided implementation support for BTHG compliance, mobile documentation and a web-based duty roster as part of the engagement, integration points focused on exchanging documentation and rostering data between the Confience Titan LIMS instance and CGM SOZIAL suite components. Operational coverage included care operations, clinical support functions and compliance teams across Bethel sites in Germany, with deployment staged to accommodate multi-site rollout sequencing and operational cutovers.
Governance activities included process alignment for BTHG reporting requirements and tightening IT security and compliance controls during the rollout, governance also encompassed phased user onboarding and training tied to duty roster and mobile documentation change management. The project emphasis on compliance, mobile capture and IT security was a core part of the implementation narrative for Confience Titan LIMS at Bethel Germany.
