Governance and rollout were aligned to a single event cycle, with the implementation focused on live data capture, message orchestration, and exhibitor reporting. The implementation helped Bett 2019 beat onsite rebook targets and achieve record exhibitor Net Promoter Scores, outcomes reported as part of the event analytics engagement.
