In 2019, B&F Dias Brazil deployed TOTVS Fluig as a Business Process Management application to automate production planning and control processes. The Brazil project was delivered by Somos CRM Services and complemented a revitalized TOTVS RM implementation to integrate process reporting and strengthen ERP adherence.
TOTVS Fluig was configured to support PCP process automation, using workflow orchestration, form based apontamento reporting, and process reporting consolidation to reduce manual data entry on the shop floor. The implementation emphasized process capture and electronic approval flows, aligning production apontamento inputs with transactional records in TOTVS RM.
Operational coverage focused on manufacturing operations and production planning teams in Brazil, where Fluig replaced paper and ad hoc digital reporting with standardized apontamento workflows. Integration work concentrated on synchronizing process reports with the existing TOTVS RM ledger to improve ERP alignment and enforce process discipline.
Governance changes included formalized apontamento procedures and workflow driven signoffs to improve ERP adherence, with Somos CRM Services managing rollout and configuration.
