| Redbourn Business Systems | Legacy | AdvantageNFP Fundraiser | Donor and Fundraising Management | CRM | n/a | 2016 | 2016 | In 2016, bibic implemented AdvantageNFP Fundraiser as a Fundraising CRM database to centralize donor and constituent records for its United Kingdom operations. AdvantageNFP Fundraiser was deployed from the Redbourn Business Systems portfolio tailored to the not for profit sector, and bibic utilized AdvantageNFP Wealth Intelligence services from Redbourn Business Systems as part of the implementation. The deployment focused on supporting bibic's fundraising and donor management functions within a small nonprofit environment of approximately 50 employees. The implementation configured standard Fundraising CRM database capabilities, including consolidated constituent profiles, gift and contact history, campaign tracking, and prospect research workflows informed by the Wealth Intelligence service. Configuration emphasized donor segmentation and prospect screening, aligning data capture and constituent scoring with bibic's fundraising and stewardship processes. Automation was applied to routine cultivation tasks and reporting feeds to improve operational consistency across the fundraising team. Operational coverage centered on the fundraising and development function, with the system becoming the primary repository for prospect information and fundraising activity at bibic. Governance workstreams established data stewardship responsibilities, access controls, and workflow handoffs between fundraising staff and operations, reflecting typical NFP CRM governance practices. Integrations were limited to services within the AdvantageNFP portfolio, specifically the Wealth Intelligence capability, which was used to enrich prospect data and inform outreach sequencing. |
