| Infor | Legacy | Infor d/EPM Financial Consolidation | Financial Consolidation and Close | EPM | n/a | 2016 | 2016 | In 2016, Bidcorp Group implemented Infor d/EPM Financial Consolidation to support its Financial Consolidation and Close activities across group finance. The deployment focused on centralizing consolidation and close workflows and establishing a single application for group-level financial reporting and pack ingestion. Client-side project management and configuration drove the implementation, with the project team configuring Infor d/EPM Financial Consolidation to handle structured month end pack ingestion and consolidation processing. Work included targeted configuration of consolidation rules, entity hierarchies and consolidation schedules consistent with Financial Consolidation and Close functional practices, and the automation of month end pack uploads into the consolidation system. The programme also improved the Infor BI reporting model and transitioned existing BI reports into the singular d/EPM environment, consolidating reporting artifacts and aligning report dimensions with the consolidation chart of accounts. Operational use was extended beyond statutory consolidation to capture non-consolidation information such as insurance declaration forms and weekly cash balances, bringing insurance, treasury and group reporting workflows into the same application footprint. Governance remained client side with configuration ownership retained by Bidcorp Group finance, enabling standardized close workflows and centralized reporting access. The implementation emphasized system configuration, reporting model rationalization and automated pack processing as the primary levers to support Financial Consolidation and Close activities within the organization. |
