| UNIT4 | Legacy | Unit4 Prosoft Leave Management | Absence and Leave Management | HCM | n/a | 2015 | 2015 | In 2015, Bintai Kindenko Group implemented Unit4 Prosoft Leave Management to formalize Absence and Leave Management across the organization. The deployment targeted HR operations for the companys approximately 1,500 employees in Singapore within the Construction and Real Estate business, and was executed as part of a broader HRIS launch. Unit4 Prosoft Leave Management was delivered as the eLeave component within the Prosoft HRIS footprint, alongside eAttendance, ePayroll, eAppraisal and eClaim modules. Configuration work focused on standard absence workflows, manager approval routing, leave balance tracking and automated accrual rules consistent with Absence and Leave Management best practices, while aligning procedures to revised HR policies and process flows. The leave module was integrated logically with the Prosoft eAttendance and ePayroll modules to synchronize employee time data and leave pay processing, and it was tied to the central HR master data for employee lifecycle events. Operational coverage included HR operations, line managers for approvals, and payroll for pay-impacting absences, supporting the end to end absence lifecycle from request through payroll reconciliation. Governance and rollout emphasized centralized HR ownership, policy revision and documented work procedures, with HR serving as the contact point for authorities and providing oversight and guidance to junior colleagues during the implementation and ongoing operations. | |
