Maven Asset Management provisioned the Maximo environment, focusing on configuration of site settings, status models, and data loading to align with BioUrja’s operational requirements. Implementation activities included validation of asset hierarchies, work order lifecycle configuration, and role based access aligned to plant and maintenance user groups, while keeping the environment simple and adaptable for immediate use by plant staff. The solution used a cloud infrastructure to rapidly stand up the IBM Maximo environment and make it accessible to on site and remote users, enabling a mix of local presence and remote support. Maven provided Maximo subject matter experts on site at the plant and remotely, along with hyper care support, which included data verification, operational troubleshooting, and train the trainer delivery to empower internal Maximo administrators and plant trainers. Governance and process work emphasized standardization and knowledge transfer, with Maven confirming component availability, data integrity, and environment accessibility prior to handover.
