In 2017, BistroBox implemented ABRA primaERP Attendance as its Time and Attendance system to support HR and payroll business functions. The deployment was scoped to a 50-employee professional services firm in Poland and targeted a company-wide attendance lifecycle covering time capture through payroll-ready timesheet consolidation.
ABRA primaERP Attendance was configured to capture clock-in and clock-out events, manage shift patterns and schedules, administer absence and leave entitlements, and produce attendance reports and consolidated timesheets. Configuration work emphasized role-based approval workflows, configurable attendance and overtime rules, and automated timesheet consolidation consistent with common Time and Attendance capabilities.
The implementation centralized attendance data as a single system of record for HR and payroll and established governance through approval chains, audit logging, and reconciliation processes to support payroll export and compliance reporting. Operational ownership was assigned to HR and finance teams, and ABRA primaERP Attendance provided standardized time tracking and policy enforcement across BistroBox.
