Technosoft Solutions Legacy Technosoft OfficeTechNow Document Management Content Management n/a 2023 2024
In 2023, BJS Insurance Group Australia signed a three-year agreement to adopt Technosoft OfficeTechNow as part of a broader JAVLN client and policy management platform deployment. Technosoft OfficeTechNow is being incorporated to provide Document Management capabilities to centralize policy documentation and support broker workflows across BJS Insurance Group Australia national offices. Implementation scope centers on a centralized document repository and policy document lifecycle support designed to reduce fragmentation of policy files. Modules expected from Technosoft OfficeTechNow include document capture and optical character recognition for inbound paperwork, metadata indexing and classification, enterprise search and retrieval, version control and audit trailing, and records retention management, configured to align with policy administration workflows. The OfficeTechNow Document Management capability is being delivered as an integrated component of the JAVLN client and policy management platform, enabling document visibility alongside client and policy records. Operational coverage is focused on broker teams and policy administration functions across BJS national offices, with document access and role based permissions surfaced within the policy management user interface. Governance and rollout are scheduled for an official go live in mid 2024, with a phased activation across national offices to centralize policies. The program explicitly targets centralized policy storage and improved broker productivity, and OfficeTechNow document management features are expected to be provisioned as part of the overall JAVLN platform deployment.
