| Sage | Oracle E-Business Suite | Sage Business Cloud X3 (ex Sage ERP X3) | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2017 | 2018 |
In 2017, BJSS Limited implemented Sage Business Cloud X3 (ex Sage ERP X3) as the ERP Financial platform for its finance programme. The project migrated financial functionality from Oracle E-Business Suite, specifically Oracle Financials 12, to Sage Business Cloud X3, with a defined Business Test Approach driving validation and cutover readiness.
The deployment focused on core financial modules typical of the ERP Financial category, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets and cash management, with configuration workstreams for chart of accounts and statutory reporting. The program defined business-led test scenarios, system configuration validation and data migration verification as primary activities in the Business Test Approach for Finance.
Integration scope was framed around finance domain touchpoints rather than named third party systems, with testing and interface validation planned for upstream billing and procurement feeds and downstream reporting and consolidation consumers. Operational coverage centered on the finance function across BJSS, where reconciliations, transactional cutover scripts and post-migration validation were included in the test scope.
Program governance emphasized a structured Business Test Approach, designated sign-off gates for functional acceptance, change control for configuration, and issue management workflows to resolve defects discovered during testing. The narrative centers on configuring Sage Business Cloud X3 to assume Oracle Financials 12 responsibilities, validating financial processes through business-driven testing, and establishing governance to support the finance migration.

| Greenhouse | Legacy | Greenhouse ATS | Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2021 | 2021 |
In 2021, BJSS Limited implemented Greenhouse ATS. Greenhouse ATS is an Applicant Tracking System deployed on BJSS Limited's public website to centralize candidate intake and to publish job postings directly from the recruitment platform.
The implementation configured core Applicant Tracking System capabilities, including job posting and distribution, candidate profile capture and resume parsing, candidate pipeline management with configurable stages, interview scheduling and structured interview scorecards, and foundational recruiting reports for talent acquisition stakeholders. Greenhouse ATS was configured to support recruiter and hiring manager workflows typical for professional services hiring.
Greenhouse ATS was embedded into BJSS Limited's careers pages to capture applications and route candidate data into the ATS, providing a single source of truth for applicant records. Operational coverage focused on HR and Talent Acquisition teams within BJSS Limited, with the system used to manage requisitions and to coordinate interview activity across hiring managers and recruiters.
Governance and rollout work included configuring role based access controls for recruiting roles, establishing requisition creation and approval routing in the ATS, and updating the public careers site to surface Greenhouse ATS listings. The deployment emphasized standardizing recruiting workflows and centralizing candidate data inside Greenhouse ATS rather than decentralizing application handling.

| Amazon Web Services (AWS) | Legacy | Amazon Redshift | Data Warehouse | Analytics and BI | n/a | 2015 | 2016 |
In 2015 BJSS Limited deployed Amazon Redshift as a Data Warehouse to anchor large scale data consolidation and migration work. The Redshift Data Warehouse was constructed alongside complex staging and replication environments that originated from multiple Oracle source databases tied to HSCIC Spine projects.
Implementation included a staging architecture where seven Oracle 10gR2 source databases totaling approximately 60TB were combined into a single Oracle 11g RAC using RMAN and Transportable Tablespaces, with Oracle GoldenGate providing ongoing synchronization for delta migration. This RAC staging environment on SPARC Solaris was designed and built to feed downstream targets, and Amazon Redshift served as the central analytical store.
Python based ETL processes were developed to load and extract data to and from Amazon Redshift, built to scale out through parallel processing and to accept inputs from any connectable RDBMS, CSV files, AWS S3, and REST services. The same Python ETL codebase was used for data quality operations and to seed other data migrations, enabling functional coverage across ingestion, transformation, and data quality.
Operational integrations spanned a mix of relational and NoSQL platforms, including Oracle GoldenGate replication to support delta capture, Riak NoSQL as a migration target, Percona MySQL 5.6 twin data centre replication for DR, and a subsequent migration to Amazon RDS MySQL in a Multi AZ configuration with additional replication across VPCs. Platform evolution also included a blue green migration from MySQL to MariaDB and a two site EDB Postgres Advanced Server installation complemented by load balancing, replication, and failover.
Project governance and delivery were driven by technical lead and DBA ownership for design, build, and operational support, including repurposing the Spine migration platform to support an Identity Management migration into the Care Identity Service and providing tech lead services on a large scale retail consolidation into PaaS and SaaS targets. Amazon Redshift functioned as the central Data Warehouse component within this multi platform landscape, with ETL parallelization, replication topologies, and DR configurations forming the core operational controls.
