Oracle Legacy Oracle NetSuite ERP ERP Financial ERP n/a 2017 2018
In 2017 Blend implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP as its ERP Financial backbone to centralize core accounting and month end close workflows across the finance organization. The deployment established Oracle NetSuite ERP for general ledger posting, fixed asset accounting, prepaid expense tracking, accruals, intercompany accounting, and cost of revenue expense recognition to support corporate close cycles. Configuration work focused on modules and controls for fixed assets, prepaid amortization schedules, accrual and rent accounting entries, and transaction-level intercompany processing. The implementation explicitly supported technical accounting workflows for leases and software capitalization and integrated a close management layer through FloQast to orchestrate reconciliations and month end signoffs. The Oracle NetSuite ERP instance was integrated with ADP WorkForce Now to process full cycle payrolls for over 400 exempt and nonexempt employees on semi monthly and bi weekly schedules, with payroll accounting routines implemented for payroll journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals. Operational ownership resided in Finance and Payroll functions, with accounting teams performing day to day month end close activities including intercompany settlements and cost of revenue allocations. Governance and process responsibilities were defined to own and run accounting month end close processes related to prepaids, fixed assets, accruals, intercompany transactions, cost of revenue expenses, and rent, and to assist on technical accounting areas such as leases and software capitalization. The combined NetSuite, ADP WorkForce Now, and FloQast environment established an integrated record to support recurring close tasks and payroll accounting workflows within Blend's finance operations.

Lever by Employ is used to power candidate application flows on Blend's public careers site, with job listings and apply forms hosted on Lever's jobs domain for Blend Labs. The deployment centers on core Applicant Tracking System capabilities, configured pipelines and candidate stages, interviewer scheduling and feedback workflows, offer creation workflows, and recruiter dashboards. Lever by Employ is configured to manage sourcing records, track candidate status through defined hiring stages, and capture structured interview feedback for hiring managers and recruiters. Operational ownership sits with Blend's talent acquisition and recruiting teams, who use the Application Tracking System to coordinate hiring activity and standardize workflows across requisitions. Governance includes role-based access to candidate records, standardized pipeline stages and interview guides to enforce consistent hiring processes, and career site integration that routes external applications directly into Lever by Employ for centralized tracking.

Google Legacy Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) Collaboration Collaboration n/a 2014 2014
In 2014, Blend implemented Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) as its core productivity and email platform. The deployment is categorized under Collaboration and was provisioned to support Blend’s US corporate operations and an employee base of approximately 1546 staff, covering knowledge work across product, engineering, sales, support, HR, and marketing functions. Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) was configured to provide standard Collaboration capabilities including Gmail for corporate mail, Google Drive for file storage, Docs Sheets and Slides for collaborative authoring, and Calendar for shared scheduling. Administrative functionality was centralized through the Google Workspace admin console to manage domains, user accounts, and group structures, and to enforce baseline configuration for mobile device access and endpoint synchronization. Blend uses Google Workspace on their website and across internal collaboration workflows to enable document collaboration, real time coauthoring, shared calendars, and corporate email. The implementation supported role based mailbox and group management, delegated administration for team leads, and the systematic onboarding and offboarding workflows typical of enterprise Collaboration platforms. Governance was established through centralized admin controls including user provisioning policies, group based access controls, and configuration of built in data protection and retention features available in Google Workspace. Operational oversight emphasized centralized policy management and workflow standardization to align Collaboration tool configuration with Blend’s corporate IT and information governance practices.
