SnapRetail was configured to deliver core Marketing Automation capabilities, including on-site signup forms, templated email and SMS campaign flows, automated coupon issuance, and customer segmentation driven by on-site behavior and order signals typical of ecommerce workflows. Configuration emphasized campaign builders, list segmentation, and scheduled promotional sends to support seasonal and ongoing marketing programs.
