Joomag Legacy Joomag Awesome CRM CRM CRM n/a 2017 2017
In 2017, Bluefield Daily Telegraph implemented Joomag Awesome CRM, a CRM deployed on the publisher website to centralize audience and subscription interactions. The deployment positioned Joomag Awesome CRM as the primary contact and subscriber management system for the 70 person publisher, capturing online signup flows and centralizing contact data for both editorial engagement and commercial outreach. The implementation was focused on web facing integration to ensure direct lead capture from article pages and subscription checkout experiences. Configuration emphasized contact and subscriber profile management, embedded web form lead capture, segmentation, campaign orchestration, email triggers and engagement event tracking. Automation workflows were configured to route captured leads into subscription fulfillment processes and to tag accounts for advertising sales follow up, aligning contact attributes with audience lifecycle stages. The Joomag Awesome CRM configuration included consent management and subscription status fields to support publisher subscription operations. Integration was achieved by embedding Joomag Awesome CRM into the publisher website, enabling near real time capture of subscription and audience actions. Operational coverage included editorial, subscription operations and advertising sales teams within the United States based publisher, with centralized governance for contact data hygiene and intake workflows. Rollout combined site instrumentation with staff onboarding and standardized record handling to create consistent use of contact records across editorial and commercial processes.
