In 2017, Bluefield Daily Telegraph implemented Joomag Awesome CRM, a CRM deployed on the publisher website to centralize audience and subscription interactions. The deployment positioned Joomag Awesome CRM as the primary contact and subscriber management system for the 70 person publisher, capturing online signup flows and centralizing contact data for both editorial engagement and commercial outreach.
