Blutec Technographics
Discover the latest software purchases and digital transformation initiatives being undertaken by Blutec and its business and technology executives. Each quarter our research team identifies on-prem and cloud applications that are being used by the 5185 Blutec employees from the public (Press Releases, Customer References, Testimonials, Case Studies and Success Stories) and proprietary sources.
During our research, we have identified that Blutec has purchased the following applications: Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE Platform for Product Lifecycle Management, Additive Manufacturing in 2017 and the related IT decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Our database provides customer insight and contextual information on which enterprise applications and software systems Blutec is running and its propensity to invest more and deepen its relationship with Dassault Systemes or identify new suppliers as part of their overall Digital and IT transformation projects to stay competitive, fend off threats from disruptive forces, or comply with internal mandates to improve overall enterprise efficiency.
We have been analyzing Blutec revenues, which have grown to $500.0 million in 2024, plus its IT budget and roadmap, cloud software purchases, aggregating massive amounts of data points that form the basis of our forecast assumptions for Blutec intention to invest in emerging technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, IoT, Blockchain, Autonomous Database or in cloud-based ERP, HCM, CRM, EPM, Procurement or Treasury applications.

In 2017, Blutec implemented Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE Platform for Project Portfolio Management. The Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE Platform was adopted to support an automotive industrial project and to centralize project and program governance at the Italian automotive supplier Blutec.
The implementation focused on core Project Portfolio Management capabilities, configured to provide portfolio planning, program management, project scheduling, resource allocation, milestone tracking and collaborative engineering workspaces. Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE Platform was used to consolidate project artifacts and to enable cross-disciplinary workstreams between product development and industrialization teams.
Operational coverage targeted engineering, program management and manufacturing planning functions within Blutec’s Italy operations, aligning project delivery with product engineering activities. The deployment emphasized role based access and configurable workspaces to support concurrent engineering, supplier coordination and internal program oversight.
Governance changes included standardized stage gate workflows, centralized portfolio visibility and formalized project intake and prioritization processes to improve cross-functional coordination. Rollout was structured to onboard ongoing automotive programs first, then extend platform usage to adjacent manufacturing planning and procurement processes.
