| To-Increase | Legacy | To-Increase DynaRent Solutions Suite | Lease Management, Rental Management System | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2021 | 2021 |
In 2021, BMS Group implemented To-Increase DynaRent Solutions Suite on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 to centralize rental operations for its crane, man lift, and heavy equipment business. The deployment addressed a distributed operational footprint spanning Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Germany, Poland, the United Kingdom, the United States, South Africa, and Australia, covering more than 400 assets rented daily across sectors such as offshore and onshore wind, oil and gas, telecom, infrastructure, construction, and power plants. The implementation is anchored in the Lease Management,Rental Management System category and targets operations, field service, finance, and maintenance functions.
The To-Increase DynaRent Solutions Suite configuration emphasized real-time asset allocation, rental order management, scheduling, and invoicing workflows, with mobility integrated into daily field processes. Functional capabilities implemented include real-time status updates from field staff, color-coded dashboards for task lifecycle visibility from received to in-progress to complete, invoicing support that captures invoiceable hours earlier, and utilization control to manage equipment assignment and maintenance coordination. The solution provided flexibility to handle product and scenario variations common in rental operations.
Integration points were focused on bi-directional synchronization with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and the field mobility solution, eliminating manual reconciliation between mobile updates and ERP records. This architecture enabled instantaneous updates from crane operators and drivers into the ERP, supporting automated billing triggers and centrally visible operational status across the company network. The deployment therefore connected field mobility, asset management, billing, and maintenance scheduling into a single operational flow.
Governance and process changes included streamlining paperwork, reinforcing communication protocols between field and office teams, and user education to adapt to new mobile-ERP workflows. A dashboard-led operational governance model was used to monitor task states and drive faster invoice generation. Reported outcomes explicitly included shortened accounts receivable cycles due to earlier capture of invoiceable hours, faster invoicing and payments, improved planning of finances, improved mobility and real-time visibility, and a platform posture that supports future integration and feature needs.
