Titan Admin was used to standardize accounting and financial process configuration, Titan Service was applied to structure service scheduling and technician visibility, and Titan Reports was provisioned for near real time operational and management dashboards. Operational coverage included both dealerships in New South Wales and extended across finance, service, and management reporting functions, creating a centralized Dealership Management backbone for cross-department visibility. The deployment architecture was organized to provide shared reporting and operational controls rather than isolated site silos, enabling consistent transactional and service workflows across the two businesses. Governance and rollout focused on aligning processes between the two dealer entities and establishing reporting ownership and service escalation paths to leverage the live reporting capabilities of Titan DMS. Outcomes documented in the case study include improved accounting flexibility, enhanced live reporting, and greater service-team visibility across departments following the Titan DMS implementation.
