The implementation connected payroll calculation to time capture and personnel records, using the Time Wize time registration system from Atimo to feed attendance and overtime inputs, and Persmaster as the personnel system to record leave and absenteeism. Centric Paymaster was configured to map Time Wize attendance feeds into payroll calculation and to synchronize absence and leave states back to Persmaster for consistent employee records.
Operational scope focused on HR and payroll business functions supporting production and shop floor employees at the Netherlands site, with payroll runs and absence processing centralized under HR.
