Operational workflows show ShipRush used alongside ADP Drive for parts location, ordering, receiving, and billing, with business processes explicitly requiring cross referencing of ShipRush shipment records and ADP Drive invoice data during fulfillment. Daily operational coverage included recorded logs of delivery arrival and departure times and coordination between counter staff and drivers to ensure dispatched items matched invoiced quantities. Governance and process changes centered on standardizing shipment record keeping and tightening the handoff between parts ordering, billing, and physical dispatch. Staff-level procedures were established to reconcile physical product counts to invoice numbers, record delivery timestamps, and use ShipRush shipping records as a focal point for carrier interactions and customer service follow up.
