In 2011 Boerinneke-Marino implemented Claerhout Lisa ERP in the ERP Financial category to establish a verified operational database and modernize core administrative workflows. The program began after an assessment concluded prior solutions were outdated, and the implementation team entered all product, customer and supplier data manually into Claerhout Lisa ERP to validate records and create an error-free dataset before go-live.
The deployment focused on configuring Claerhout Lisa ERP modules for purchasing, sales, tracing and bookkeeping, with parameterisation and modest custom development to reflect existing operational artifacts. One explicit customization reproduced a planning document that provides a weekly overview of deliveries, own transport and collections on a single A4 sheet, preserving a mission-critical scheduling artifact within the new ERP Financial application.
Claerhout Computer Engineering delivered the configuration and customization work, and provided extensive training and guidance across administrative, commercial and logistics functions. Operational coverage included purchasing, sales order processing, traceability workflows and financial bookkeeping, aligning the application with day-to-day workflow for the company’s transport and collection planning.
Governance emphasized data verification and user training prior to cutover, and the purchasing, sales, tracing and bookkeeping modules were started on 1 January 2011. The go-live proceeded almost flawlessly according to project reports, with only minor post-launch adjustments identified once end users began working with Claerhout Lisa ERP.

In 2020, Boerinneke deployed Microsoft Azure Cloud Services to host its public website. The deployment uses Microsoft Azure Cloud Services within the Application Hosting and Computing Services category to run the company website accessible via boerinneke-marino.be. Implementation scope centers on web-facing compute and asset hosting to serve HTML, images, and downloadable resources for customers in Belgium.
Configuration follows common Application Hosting and Computing Services patterns, employing managed cloud compute, object storage for static assets, platform-level monitoring, and standard security controls under Microsoft Azure Cloud Services. Operational governance is focused on centralized cloud provisioning, update workflows for the website code and assets, and platform monitoring for availability and performance. This setup reflects a compact cloud hosting footprint aligned with small consumer packaged goods web operations.
