Infor Legacy Infor SunSystems ERP Financial ERP n/a 2017 2017
In 2017 Bolloré Transport & Logistics implemented Infor SunSystems as its core accounting platform, establishing Infor SunSystems within its ERP Financial stack for the company’s finance organization. The deployment was an on premise implementation with migration activities conducted on site in Région de Paris, France, focused on accounting consolidation and day to day financial processing. The configuration centered on SunSystems Accounting capabilities, with functional workstreams for ledger processing, chart of accounts configuration, and financial reporting automation. Implementation activities included development of SSRS financial reports and configuration for transaction workflows, with the Financial Project Manager providing level 1 and level 2 user support and new user training during and after go live. Integrations were explicitly implemented to connect Infor SunSystems to adjacent systems, including on premise Notilus Expenses from Dimo and cloud Concur Travel for travel and expense data flows, and an automatic interface between the operational Pegasus system and the accounting application. The integration scope covered transaction imports, expense posting, and feed orchestration between operational and financial ledgers. Operational governance included maintaining user guides and functional specifications, structured incident and issue handling for level 1 and level 2 support, and ongoing analysis of system problems and data requirements to refine configurations. After go live the program emphasized functional support tasks, training reinforcement, and iterative report development to stabilize the ERP Financial environment.

IBM Legacy IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2016 2016
In 2016 Bolloré Transport & Logistics implemented IBM Maximo as its Enterprise Asset Management platform to standardize maintenance operations across its transport and logistics business. The deployment targeted IBM Maximo CMMS capabilities to provide maintenance in operational condition and structured support for multiple subsidiaries within the Bolloré Group. The implementation emphasized preventive maintenance optimization and core CMMS workflows, including work order management, preventive maintenance scheduling, asset registry configuration, and spare parts lifecycle controls. IBM Maximo CMMS was configured to support Maintenance en Condition Opérationnelle and ongoing support operations, aligning system configuration with field maintenance procedures and scheduled maintenance plans. Operational coverage extended to five Bolloré subsidiaries in Congo, Burkina Faso, Guinea Conakry, Cameroon, and Senegal, with the system supporting maintenance, operations, and engineering teams across those sites. The implementation created a centralized support posture for regional maintenance activities while local teams executed day to day preventive maintenance and corrective work orders through the EAM platform. Governance for the solution centered on operational support and sustained maintenance in operational condition, with explicit responsibilities to provide technical support of the IBM Maximo CMMS on behalf of the five named subsidiaries. The project included an explicit optimization of the preventive maintenance solution in IBM Maximo, improving how recurring maintenance tasks and schedules are modeled and managed within the Enterprise Asset Management environment.
