| Hexagon | Legacy | HxGN EAM (Ex. Infor EAM) | Enterprise Asset Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015 Bonatti began a structured implementation of HxGN EAM (Ex. Infor EAM) to provide Enterprise Asset Management support for the MLE Central Processing Facilities shutdown program in Algeria. The project spanned November 2015 to April 2017 and was staffed by a project engineer who managed planning, method of statement development, shutdown coordination support, and customer interfacing for on site execution.
The implementation focused on CMMS design and configuration within HxGN EAM (Ex. Infor EAM), including father son hierarchy configuration, population of asset and spare parts records, planned maintenance set up, and formal testing cycles. Maintenance procedure templates, planned maintenance workflows, and training manuals were produced, and end user lectures and hands on training sessions were delivered to the Algerian branch operations team.
Operational coverage targeted Well Services Production equipment and shutdown activities, with site surveys, expediting, subcontractor management, and maintenance workflow definition feeding the CMMS configuration. The scope emphasized spare parts management for equipment related to well services production and lifecycle tracking through the Enterprise Asset Management application.
Governance and rollout incorporated support to the project manager and the shutdown coordinator, staged testing and training before production use, and technical support for the proposal team during the offer phase. Project personnel became familiar with shutdown criticalities, tasks planning, team coordination, customer interfacing, and Oil and Gas procedures as part of the implementation effort.

In 2018 Bonatti implemented SupplHi for Supplier Relationship Management to consolidate vendor qualification and performance evaluation business functions across its international engineering, procurement and construction operations. The SupplHi platform was adopted exclusively and provisioned as a plug & play cloud service, with the core rollout completed within two weeks leveraging SupplHi’s standard model based on international best practices.
The implementation centralized Vendor Management capabilities including Vendor Qualification, Performance Evaluation and a standardized product categorization framework used to classify equipment and services. SupplHi hosted vendor registration workflows and a structured categorization catalog, and the SupplHi team executed quality assurance and expediting of supplier-submitted data to ensure completeness and compliance with plant engineering industry requirements.
Operational coverage targeted Bonatti’s global supplier base, with eight invitational campaigns to onboard approximately 1,400 main vendors spread across Europe, CIS, Africa and North America, and provided internet-accessible vendor records for colleagues in remote sites. The deployment directly supported the Qualification and Post Order Department and procurement-facing teams, effectively outsourcing day to day Vendor Management activities to the SupplHi platform while preserving Bonatti governance over approval and evaluation processes.
Rollout and governance followed a standardized configuration rather than bespoke process design, enabling rapid adoption without charging vendors fees and allowing users to find vendors by critical categories. The SupplHi platform became the central Supplier Relationship Management system for Bonatti, delivering vendor hosting and management capabilities immediately and delivering about 70% cost savings versus developing an internal system according to Bonatti’s assessment, with additional functionality added over the subsequent two years.

| Cloudflare | Legacy | Cloudflare CDN | Content Delivery Network | IaaS | n/a | 2021 | 2021 |
In 2021 Bonatti implemented Cloudflare CDN to front its public website. The Cloudflare CDN deployment operates as the Content Delivery Network layer for web content delivery and external traffic management.
The implementation follows standard CDN architecture, with Cloudflare edge points of presence handling edge caching, TLS termination, and origin pull from Bonatti web servers while DNS is routed to Cloudflare for external traffic. Functional configuration aligns cache rules, static asset delivery, HTTP caching controls, and security controls typical of Content Delivery Network deployments. The scope of the deployment is Bonatti's public website, aligning Cloudflare CDN, the website origin, and web operations for centralized external content delivery and traffic handling.
